ECR Hires New Manufacturing Engineer - Ava Enoch - 07/03/2019
ECR International is pleased to announce Ava Enoch as our new Manufacturing Engineer. In this position, Ava will primarily be responsible for Manufacturing Work Instructions (MWI’s), supporting the Continuous Improvement of our Manufacturing Operations and transitioning new products into production.
ECR is focused on creating a culture of Continuous Improvement in support of our BDR initiatives, and Ava will play a key role in creating and supporting this initiative.

ECR International, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Richards to the position of Payroll Administrator. She began on Monday May 6th in the Utica facility. Jennifer will be responsible for all aspects of payroll including: weekly/ bi-weekly payroll processing, timeclock administration, Advanced HR employee self-service, internal reporting and disability claims processing.
Jennifer is a graduate of Bryant & Stratton College and resides in Ilion, NY.

ECR International is pleased to announce Matt Reksc as our new Continuous Improvement and Process Engineering Manager. In this new position, Matt will primarily oversee ECR’s Continuous Improvement-Cost Reductions Program and Manufacturing/Engineering support. Matt brings to ECR and BDR Thermea extensive experience in Continuous Improvement, Cost Control, Process Improvement, Lean/Material flow, Supplier Negotiations, Project Management and VAVE.

Ron Anastasi comes to ECR International with 40 years’ experience in the Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Industry. He began his career with an apprenticeship and Night School in Pennsylvania where he obtained his Plumbing License. He later relocated to New Jersey and ultimately owned and ran his own business that specialized in High Efficiency Heating and Cooling for 28 years.
